Paul Plowman works as a designer producing moving image design. His work aims for simple solutions in what is often an over complicated medium. He lives and works in London. Paul studied graphic design at Leeds Polytechnic before completing an MA in Graphic Design and Art Direction at the Royal College of Art, London.
In 1994 he set up Simple Productions producing projects for broadcast and exhibitions. Since 1999 he has worked as an independent designer, director and animator. A love of early video graphics and experimental animation continues to inform his work. He has brought his bold, graphic approach to a broad range of clients in branding, advertising and exhibition design. He enjoys the collaborative process of working and developing a project with clients, artists, designers, writers and musicians.
